Why I collect it
Contact form information is used only to read and reply to your message and to follow up on the conversation you started. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Google Analytics measures site usage.
- Cloudflare hosts the site.
These providers may store data outside Quebec, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our conversation, and no longer than three years after our last exchange unless we start working together. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and I will reply within 30 days. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
